What if I’m totally behind on my books?

No problem. Seriously — no shame here. We offer Catch-Up & Cleanup Services for exactly this reason. Whether you're months or even years behind, we’ve seen it before and know how to get you back on track calmly and efficiently.

Do I have to use QuickBooks?

Nope. We work with QuickBooks, Wave, Xero, and a few other online platforms — and we’ll help you figure out what makes the most sense for your business if you’re starting from scratch.

What if I don’t use an online accounting platform?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide remote services for software (not cloud) based systems. If you’re looking to move to an online accounting platform – we would be glad to help you transition!

I’m just a one-person business. Do I really need bookkeeping help?

If money’s coming in and going out, you’re running a business — and yes, having clear books can save you money, stress, and time (especially at tax time). We enjoy partnering with solo entrepreneurs, creatives, and side hustlers, so you’re in good company.

What if I don’t even know what I need?

That’s totally okay. Most of our clients start there. Just book a free consultation, and we’ll help you sort it out — no pressure, no upsell.

How does virtual bookkeeping work?

It’s easier than you think. We use secure, cloud-based tools to keep everything organized and accessible. You’ll have regular check-ins, clear reports, and a human you can email, call, or text! (not just a portal).

How much does it cost?

Our pricing depends on your business size, needs, and how often you need support — but we always make sure it’s clear and fair. No surprise invoices, ever. We'll walk you through everything during your consultation.

What if I’m not a business? Can you still help me with my taxes?

Absolutely! Nothing is certain in life but death and taxes and we want to make sure the latter is painless as possible for everyone!
